By downloading or purchasing content from SamplesPik, you are granted an exclusive and a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the audio samples in your music productions, videos, and other creative or commercial projects.
All audio sample pack on Samples Pik are 100% royalty-free, except mastered tracks under “The Noir Production” record label.
Our sample pack collection offer regular updates, including monthly free sample pack for users to use as a trial before committing to paid digital asset
All audio samples and content on the platform remain the intellectual property of SamplesPik or the original content creators.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions, blocking, or legal action.
